About the Role

We are hiring an
Integrated Marketing Manager – Strategy & Execution

.

This is not a pure strategy, social media or account-management role.

You will be expected to take ownership of marketing requirements across:





Research → Strategy → Ideas → Planning → Briefing → Coordination → Execution → Review → Reporting → Improvement

We need someone who can be given a business problem rather than a detailed task list and can independently figure out what needs to happen next.

You should be comfortable working across multiple clients, industries and channels in a fast-moving agency setting.

- Strong at execution, not just strategy
- Comfortable managing multiple clients/projects
- Able to research industries you haven't worked with before
- Capable of working with content, design, performance, SEO, influencer and development teams

- Comfortable taking ownership without constant follow-ups
- Detail-oriented and able to take work through completion
- Comfortable using AI to improve speed, research and execution
