About the Company

We are a growing solar energy company providing Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Solar Solutions across India. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our team and help generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads and databases.
- Explain our Residential, Commercial, and Industrial solar solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for the Field Sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software.
- Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Field Sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.

Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Call Center.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Robust communication,



persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or similar software).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
