Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG.
- Strong experience in business requirement gathering, BRD preparation, functional specifications, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Experience with serialization systems and Track & Trace regulations such as TPD, DTS, CRPT, etc.
- Knowledge of data standards such as GS1 and EPCIS.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, WM, and LE modules.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Chain, End Markets, SMEs, and external vendors.
- Experience in SIT/UAT planning, test script preparation, execution, and validation.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in regulated environments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT,



Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse legislation and translate requirements into business/technical requirements and BRDs.
- Validate user requirements and functional designs.
- Support SIT/UAT activities and prepare test scripts.
- Work closely with designers, SMEs, local key users, and Product Teams.
- Create and follow up on change requests, demands, and DAB requests.
- Participate in fit-gap sessions and problem resolution.
- Provide knowledge transfer and ensure quality handover to BAU teams.
