Must have Skills:
- Experience in US IT sales or cold calling (150-200 calls per day)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US shift timings
- Understanding of IT services

Responsibilities:
- Should have end to end Sales experience at least 4 + years.
- Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present solutions effectively.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and nurture them through personalized communication strategies.
- Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and leverage this knowledge in sales pitches.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to CXO-level stakeholders to build trust and drive conversions.
- Focus exclusively on the US market,



ensuring alignment with its unique demands and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and close high-value deals.

Must have Skills:
- Deal Closure Expertise
: Proven track record of successfully closing deals end-to-end.
- Scheduling Proficiency
: Skilled in scheduling meetings with prospects efficiently.
- Lead Nurturing
: Expertise in nurturing prospects and leads through personalized communication channels, such as calls, customized emails, LinkedIn InMail, etc.
- Competitive Sales Experience
: Prior experience working with competitors in selling software development services.
- Solid Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective client engagement.
- US Market Knowledge
: Past experience working exclusively in the US geography, with a deep understanding of its market dynamics.

: Demonstrated experience in targeting and engaging CXO-
