About the Role

FloorCeil Solutions is looking for a Sales Executive to support Kunal Ganatra in driving sales of Raised Access Flooring (RAF) solutions for server rooms, control rooms, data centers, and other infrastructure projects across Gujarat.

This is a field-intensive, relationship-driven role suited for someone who enjoys client interaction, technical problem-solving, regular follow-ups, and closing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients, architects, PMCs (Project Management Consultants), contractors, and consultants at project sites and offices across Gujarat.
- Work on getting Raised Access Flooring specified in project documentation, BOQs, and technical specifications at the architect and PMC level.




- Track and manage the specification-to-order pipeline and consistently follow up to convert specified projects into confirmed sales.
- Support Kunal Ganatra in day-to-day sales activities, client coordination, meetings, and proposal follow-ups.
- Generate new leads and identify upcoming projects related to data centers, server rooms, control rooms, and commercial infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, site visits, project status, and specification status through CRM/Excel trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations and Accounts for quotations, order processing, documentation, and timely execution.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and end clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable RAF solutions.
