Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
- M.Tech in Civil Engineering – Preferred
- Candidates with experience in a civil contracting/construction company will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Quantity Surveying (QS) and quantity take-off from drawings and BOQs.
- Preparation and verification of BOQs and quantity statements.
- Preparation of estimates and rate analysis for civil works.
- Preparation and checking of client RA bills.
- Verification and processing of subcontractor bills.
- Preparation of measurement sheets and reconciliation of quantities.
- Monitoring actual quantities against BOQ quantities.
- Identification and tracking of variations and extra items.
- Assist in tendering, estimation, and commercial evaluation.
- Prepare and update project schedules and work plans.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Follow up on drawings, approvals, materials, and site requirements.
- Coordinate between office and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, BOQs, measurements, and billing records.
- Update project and commercial information in the ERP system.
- Prepare MIS and management reports.
- Review civil drawings and coordinate for drawing-related queries and discrepancies.
