About us

QuadCore is a new pilates and recovery studio in Hyderabad's Financial District. We run reformer pilates alongside recovery services including ice bath, sauna, red light therapy and compression therapy. We're a small team building the studio from the ground up, and we're looking for instructors who want to shape how it runs rather than follow someone else's playbook.

What you'll do
- Lead group reformer classes and one-on-one private sessions
- Assess clients' fitness levels, goals and limitations, and adapt sessions accordingly
- Guide clients on correct form, alignment and breathing, and correct safely
- Build progressive programs for regular members and track their progress
- Keep the studio floor and equipment clean, safe and session-ready
- Contribute to a warm, non-intimidating studio experience that keeps members coming back

What we're looking for
- Certification in Pilates from a recognised institute (mat and reformer)




- Hands-on experience teaching reformer pilates; comfortable with both group and private formats
- Valuable understanding of anatomy, movement mechanics and injury-safe progressions
- Clear communication in English, Telugu and Hindi
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable with early morning and evening slots
- Genuinely enjoys teaching beginners, not just advanced clients

Good to have
- Familiarity with recovery modalities (sauna, ice bath, red light therapy)
- Comfort appearing in studio social media content
