Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees.
- Verify attendance, leaves, late marks, incentives, deductions, reimbursements and other payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with accounts/finance for timely salary processing.
- Maintain accurate salary, employee and payroll records.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, incentives and attendance.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and salary-related MIS.
- Ensure proper documentation of current joiners, salary revisions, increments and exits.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requirement to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee references, recruitment consultants and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical/functional interviews with respective department heads.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate tracking/MIS.
- Conduct salary negotiations and coordinate offer releases.




- Complete pre-joining documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Build a pipeline for recurring requirements, particularly for Credit, Collections, Telecalling, Operations, MIS and other NBFC functions.

3. Employee Onboarding & Exit
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Ensure completion of KYC, employment forms, bank details, statutory declarations and other HR documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and explain company policies/processes.
- Maintain employee master data and personnel files.
- Manage full-and-final settlement process for exiting employees.
- Conduct exit formalities and maintain exit documentation.

4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee master database and HR records.
- Manage attendance, leave and employee-related records.
- Maintain organizational charts, employee lists and HR MIS.
