• Meet customers and explain gold loan services
• Assist with loan processing and documentation
• Achieve monthly targets and grow earnings
• Drive sales growth in the assigned territory
• Build robust customer and banking partner relationships
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation
Preferred candidate profile :
• 1 to 4 years of experience in Gold Loan/Home Loan/LAP/Insuance/any other Secured Loan / Field Sales
• Strong communication and customer acquisition skills
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
• Local language proficiency preferred
