Your Role
- Act as the L3 technical escalation point for complex macOS Workplace incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune policies, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines for macOS devices.
- Manage macOS lifecycle including Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP), provisioning, zero-touch deployment, and patch management.

- Troubleshoot advanced macOS configuration, application compatibility, enrollment, compliance, and policy-related issues.




- Drive continuous service improvement through standardization, automation, scripting (Bash/Shell), and technical innovation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Security teams, Workplace Leads, and other technical experts to improve service stability and user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational procedures while mentoring support teams.

Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, Workplace Management, or Digital Workplace Services with a strong focus on macOS administration.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), compliance policies, Conditional Access, Autopilot concepts, and endpoint security management.
- Strong experience with Apple ecosystem technologies including Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP), and Apple VPP.
