Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and field visits
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, factories, construction companies, MNCs and institutions
- Promote Euro Gulf's HSE training, fire safety, ISO, audit, inspection and manpower services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Schedule client meetings and make professional presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up with clients for business conversion
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting and sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions
- Coordinate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth client execution
- Explore new market opportunities and develop long-term corporate accounts

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred:




- 14 years of experience in Marketing / Business Development / Sales
- Experience in B2B or corporate sales will be an advantage
- Candidates with experience in training, HSE, fire safety, ISO, manpower or consultancy services are preferred
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and client visits
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email and social media platforms
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
