Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound patient engagement and referrals. The role involves connecting with potential patients, explaining Ayurvedic treatments and services, converting inquiries into confirmed clinic visits, and maintaining a skilled and ethical approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to potential patients and explain Ayurvedic treatments and services.
- Generate patient interest and convert leads into confirmed appointments.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with clinics/hospitals.




- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines strictly.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and appointment conversion goals.
- Handle follow-ups to maximize patient engagement and conversion.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or healthcare outreach.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a patient-first approach.
- Ability to explain healthcare services clearly and ethically.
- Sales awareness with a focus on conversion and target achievement.
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits
