Job Summary

Responsible for the
overall administration, discipline, safety, and welfare of hostel residents

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hostel operations, discipline, attendance, and student movements.
- Address student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly.
- Coordinate with
security, housekeeping, maintenance, and university administration

- Ensure compliance with hostel rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Maintain hostel records, reports, and incident documentation.
- Communicate with parents/guardians and university authorities when required.
