We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing creative team. You will help expand our client base by identifying new business opportunities in digital marketing, branding, social media, and content production. The ideal candidate understands the creative landscape, loves networking, and excels at turning cold leads into lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Research:
- Conduct market research to identify prospective brands, industries, and emerging trends.
- Source qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and industry networking events.
- Outreach & Communication:
- Execute daily outreach campaigns (cold emails, calls, and social selling) to pitch our creative capabilities.
- Qualify incoming leads by assessing their marketing needs, budget, and project timelines.
- Pitches & Proposals:
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to prepare compelling client proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Assist in setting up and leading introductory client meetings and capability presentations.




- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM database with daily activity and deal stages.
- Track weekly and monthly KPIs, including outreach volume, meetings booked, and closed revenue.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or agency settings.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, social media management, design services, or creative production.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in delivering client presentations and handling negotiations.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation software.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient under target pressure, and adaptable.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
