Job Summary:

The Client Service (Event & Outreach Specialist) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through targeted events and outreach efforts. This role

combines client service expertise with event planning skills to enhance client engagement, improve satisfaction, and strengthen brand presence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with

excellent organizational skills, experience in client-facing roles, and a strong understanding of event management and outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning & Execution
- Design, organize, and coordinate client-focused events, such as workshops, webinars, and networking sessions, that align with the companys goals and client needs.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, invitations, registration,setup, and post-event feedback.




- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that event messaging aligns with overall branding and outreach goals.
- Develop creative ways to engage clients and increase attendance and participation at events.

2. Client Outreach & Engagement
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries related to events and outreach activities, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage current clients, identify new opportunities, and support client retention.
- Use CRM systems and outreach tools to maintain regular client contact and track interactions, follow-ups, and client feedback.
- Identify and analyze trends in client needs, offering insights and recommendations for improving engagement efforts.

3. Relationship Building
- Foster robust client relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing client needs, and anticipating future needs.
