Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP Fieldglass solutions for clients across various industries.
- Provide expert-level support to customers on the usage of SAP Fieldglass modules such as Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using SAP Fieldglass tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data migration, system configuration, and reporting in SAP Fieldglass.
Job Requirements :
- 5.1-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on SAP Fieldglass implementation or support.
- Robust understanding of contingent workforce management principles and best practices.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations of SAP Fieldglass software.
