Role & responsibilities
- Itinerary Planning & Design: Create tailormade domestic and international travel itineraries (FIT & GIT) tailored to client budgets and preferences.
- GDS & Ticketing: Issue, re-issue, re-route, and cancel flight tickets using Amadeus or Galileo GDS systems.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Negotiate rates and coordinate bookings with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, and visa processing agents.
- Client Engagement: Manage end-to-end sales inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings, providing expert destination recommendations and handling objections.
- Documentation & Visas: Assist clients with visa application procedures, travel insurance, and required travel documentation.
- Operations Support: Address on-trip emergencies or schedule updates promptly to ensure seamless passenger experiences.

Preferred candidate profile
- Should have positive knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, and drafting emails.
- Should have good sales and convincing skills.
- Should have knowledge of Domestic or/and International destinations.
