Job Description- Executive – IT / SAP

Experience Required:2-3 Years

Location:Peenya, Bengaluru

Qualification:Bachelor's Degree (Data Management or IT background preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and update master data in SAP B1 based on approved requests.
- Review and validate requests received through the Ticketing System or internal applications.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency while updating records.
- Maintain data integrity by following defined data standards and governance policies.
- Handle Level 0 (basic) user queries related to SAP master data.
- Create and update system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.

Desired Skills:




- Experience in handling user queries or helpdesk support is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of any ERP module
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
