Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sourcing Manager – Channel Partner to onboard, activate, and manage a strong network of Channel Partners (brokers/agents) to drive lead generation, site visits, and sales conversions for our residential projects.

The ideal candidate should have an established broker/CP network in Hyderabad, strong knowledge of CP-led sales operations, and the ability to build and scale high-performing partner networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners and brokers across Hyderabad.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing CPs.
- Conduct regular CP meets, project briefings, and scheme launches.




- Track CP performance across leads, site visits, and bookings.
- Drive partner productivity and improve sales conversions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams for smooth lead routing and conversion tracking.
- Monitor competitor CP schemes and market activity.
- Maintain CP databases, agreements, and required documentation.
- Ensure proper coordination of CP lead registration, lead protection, and commission processes.

Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Channel Partner/Broker Network Management in residential real estate.
- Strong existing network of brokers and CP firms in Hyderabad and surrounding micro-markets.
- Proven track record in driving CP-led sales and site-visit conversions.
- Good understanding of CP commission structures, RERA compliance, and lead-protection norms.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Propflo, S
