About the Role

HealthSphere Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth of UltraPeak®, our sports hydration and electrolyte brand.

We are looking for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of digital marketing — from strategy and content planning to paid advertising, influencer collaborations, campaign execution and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate should understand fitness, sports, wellness and D2C brands and be capable of building UltraPeak into a robust digital-first brand.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Develop and execute monthly content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare monthly content calendars for posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers and content creators.




- Maintain consistent UltraPeak brand communication and visual identity.
- Track trends and create opportunities for relevant, engaging content.
- Grow followers, engagement, reach and brand awareness organically.

2. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage campaigns for awareness, website traffic, lead generation and product sales.
- Handle retargeting and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPC, CPM, CTR and conversion rates.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.

3. Influencer & Athlete Marketing
- Identify relevant fitness influencers, runners, athletes, HYROX participants, gym trainers and sports creators.
- Handle influencer outreach, negotiations and collaborations.
- Develop micro-influencer and UGC campaigns.
- Coordinate product seeding and PR packages.
