Responsibility Summary:

1.

Performance Management

Ø Coordinate the complete annual Performance Management cycle, including Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review, Year-End Appraisal and Performance Discussions.





Ø Support employees and managers in understanding the performance management process, timelines and system requirements.

Ø Support performance calibration and preparation of relevant reports and presentations.

Ø Support integration of performance outcomes with training, talent development and other HR processes.

2.

Training & Development

Ø Coordinate the Training Needs Identification (TNI) process in consultation with business functions.

Ø Track training participation, training hours, completion and utilisation against the annual plan.

Ø Support competency development, behavioural, functional, leadership and compliance training initiatives.

3.

Employee Engagement

Ø Support planning and execution of the annual Employee Engagement Calendar.

Ø Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, celebrations and employee-connect programmes.
