- Coordinate with Delivery and Sales to understand current requirements, critical positions, upcoming ramp-ups and pipeline demand
- Drive fulfilment of open requirements within agreed timelines and proactively follow up on overdue/at-risk positions
- Identify suitable internal resources for open positions based on skills, experience, availability and deployment readiness
- Coordinate with TA for external hiring where internal supply is unavailable or insufficient, including sharing demand priorities and hiring plans
- Manage and track bench resources, including availability, skills, deployment opportunities, ageing and next assignment




- Work with Delivery/Practice teams to identify skill gaps and cross-skilling/upskilling opportunities for bench and upcoming resources based on demand trends
- Support demand forecasting and manpower planning by analysing historical demand, current pipeline and available supply
- Maintain and publish RMG MIS covering demand, fulfilment, bench, ageing, deployment pipeline, hiring requirements and key gaps
- Coordinate candidate/resource movement through screening, assessments, interviews, selection and deployment, ensuring timely closure at each stage
- Support leadership reviews with demand fulfilment, bench analysis and future deployment/forecasting insights
