Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure recruitment. The ideal candidate should have valuable understanding of technical profiles and experience hiring for infrastructure roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Infrastructure roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors and other channels.
- Understand technical requirements and effectively screen candidates.
- Coordinate technical interviews, feedback, offers and joining.
- Manage candidate engagement and ensure smooth closure of positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and daily hiring updates.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements and maintain quality of profiles.

Preferred Technical Hiring Exposure





Candidates with recruitment experience for any of the following roles will be preferred:
- Desktop Engineer / Desktop Support
- Network Administrator / Network Engineer
- Cyber Security
- Network Security
- End User Support
- MDM Engineer
- Server / System Administration
- IT Infrastructure Support

Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of IT Recruitment experience, preferably in IT Infrastructure.
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and job profiles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Immediate Joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
