What we're looking for:
✔ Robust hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Agile, and Scrum
✔ Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed program/project plans
✔ Strong stakeholder management skills — working across both Business and IT teams
✔ Experience running Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts
✔ PG/Master's degree preferred
