Job Role: As our bookings management executive you will responsible for managing all room/apartment reservations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process. Key duties include accurately inputting booking information, maintaining updated room availability across online platforms, coordinating with other departments, and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with reservation software. Key responsibilities: • Handle reservations: Manage incoming room reservations, modifications, and cancellations from guests, travel agents, and corporate clients. • Provide customer service: Respond to inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel services, while ensuring guest satisfaction. • Update and maintain systems: Accurately input all booking information into the hotel's reservation system and ensure room vacancies are updated across all online booking platforms. • Coordinate with departments: Liaise with other hotel departments,



such as front office and sales, to ensure a seamless guest experience from reservation to check-in. • Meet targets: Contribute to meeting and exceeding monthly revenue goals by maximizing room occupancy. • Process payments: Handle payment processing for bookings as required. • Ensure compliance: Adhere to hotel policies and procedures at all times. Required skills and qualifications: • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations or a related field is often required. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. • Software proficiency: Proficiency in reservation software like Djubo, Stayflexi, Hotelogix, etc, along with general computer skills especially excel. • Understanding and experience working with OTA platforms such as make my trip, booking.com, agoda etc. • Organizational skills: Robust organizational and time-management skills are ne
