About the Role

We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our Immigration Services

team. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through our

immigration services, explaining available programs, collecting required documents, and

coordinating payments. Our licensed RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) based in

Canada will handle all immigration assessments and application processing.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication

channels.

* Explain immigration services and available programs professionally.

* Understand client requirements and qualify leads.

* Follow up with prospects and maintain solid client relationships.

* Collect and verify required documents from clients.





* Coordinate payment collection and update client records.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.

* Work closely with the RCIC and internal operations team to ensure a smooth client experience.

* Achieve individual sales and client conversion targets.

Requirements

* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software tools.

* Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

* Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, immigration, or

international processes is an advantage.

* Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts based on international business

requirements.
