SMD Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and proactive Service Coordinator – HVAC to join our growing service team.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily HVAC service calls and technician schedules.
- Assign technicians according to service requirements and priority.
- Coordinate with customers regarding complaints, visits, and service updates.
- Follow up on AMC, preventive maintenance, and breakdown complaints.
- Track pending complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate materials, spare parts, and required resources with the service team.
- Maintain daily service reports and Excel records.
- Coordinate with service engineers,
technicians, vendors, and management.
- Prepare regular updates regarding service activities and pending jobs.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in HVAC Service Coordination or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of AC / VRV / VRF systems preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple service requests and priorities.
- Candidates with HVAC/MEP industry experience will be preferred.
