Job Summary

Hiring an Associate Collateral Processing to manage daily activities related to Agency Lending, Collateral, Exposure and Settlements across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Agency Lending collateral and exposure processing.
- Monitor margin calls, collateral trades and settlements.
- Perform reconciliation and resolve operational breaks.
- Coordinate with custodians, brokers, triparty agents, counterparties and internal teams.
- Prepare billing, MIS and management reports.
- Ensure daily controls, SLA and process deadlines are met.
- Escalate exceptions and operational incidents.
- Support client onboarding, SOP updates and training of new joiners.

Required Skills
- Experience in Collateral Management / Securities Lending / Trade Operations / OTC Derivatives.
- Knowledge of margin, settlement and reconciliation processes.
- Robust MS Excel skills.
- Good analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Finance or equivalent.
