About the Role

SolBuild Solar is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar benefits and converting prospects into successful installations.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads for rooftop solar projects.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy and electricity cost savings.
- Promote On-Grid, Off-Grid and Hybrid Solar Systems.
- Understand customer electricity requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare and share quotations with potential customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Explain available solar subsidy, financing and EMI options.
- Achieve monthly sales and installation targets.




- Maintain customer and sales data in Excel/CRM.
- Build strong relationships with customers and referral networks.
- Coordinate with the installation team until project completion.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in field sales, solar sales, electrical products, real estate, or B2B/B2C sales preferred.
- Freshers with solid sales skills can also apply.
- Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month *(depending on experience)*
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on successful solar project closures.
