Roles Responsibility:
- CAM Programming, Daily shift Planning Execution, Electrode Design, VMC Operation-Job setting-reference,ATC Settings, ATLM Settings, Work Offset Probing system, Manual Programming Editing
- QC Inspection
1)In process inspection of jobs
2)Final Inspection of Finished job against 2D Drawing
- Process Follow up
1)Complete process follow up to Meet Targets
- Machine Maintenance
1)Daily Maintenance
2)Attending basic Breakdown Repair
Required Skill:
- Sound Skill in CAM Programming with Powermill(Both 3 5 Aixis)
- Sound Skill in job setting (Dialling,reference setting,ATLM, ATC, Cutter setting,Heat shrink fit holder setting,Job offset probing system)
- Good knowledge in Cutters-Solid Carbide end mills,Carbide Tips,cutting tool parameters, Cutter Inspection
- Positive skill in using measuring instruments
- Capable to do Complex 3 Axis 5 Axis CAM Programming- Hard Milling Experience in 60 HRC Material
- Capable to achieve precision upto 0.002 in Job setting (Perpendicularity,Parallelism)
