Required Maintenance Engineer - Blade Suzlon Energy Limited - The Leading Solar Magazine In India

Responsibilities
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Execute and Supervise Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of Plant Machinery, utility equipments. In order to maximise machine uptime
- Study, Find fault of the breakdown. Analyse root cause of the breakdown and maintain record. Provide solutions.
- Troubleshooting
- Trouble shooting at the time of breakdown & provide utility support by
- Physical check / review Machine data sheet report
- Finding Fault
- Take corrective action & conduct a trial
- Hand over the equipment to the user
- Record the parameters
- Quality Management Systems
- Develop, Execute and monitor systems and procedures in accordance with ISO and EMS specifications for maintenance in moulding section by ensuring proper Documentation and maintenance of log books.
- Counselling to technicians and contract people.
- Calibration.
- Maintenance schedule Activities




- Prepare shift schedule to achieve maintenance schedule activities & Maintain Spares & Tools by Arrangement of manpower for efficient scheduling of maintenance activities, maintain the reports with identification and traceability in case of complaint.
- People Management
- Management of the manpower by - Setting targets for team members - Maintaining discipline. - Shift scheduling. - Inspiring team members for achieving targets. - Skill development of employees through training.

Qualifications
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
- PG: Post Graduation Not Required
- Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
