Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Chennai/ Hyderabad

Mode: Full time (Monday to Friday) - 5 Days Onsite

Experience: 5+ Years

Shift: 10AM IST to 7PM IST

Notice Period: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and vendor networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.




- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts and closures.
- Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and TAT.
- Ensure accurate updates in ATS and maintain recruitment dashboards.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and critical skill requirements.
- Drive stakeholder management and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in HR/Business Administration.
- Experience in product-based, IT services, or consulting organizations.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within strict timelines.
