About the Role

We are looking for a
proactive, analytical, and experienced Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience




to join our Product & Strategy team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with
business stakeholders, product managers, developers, QA teams, UI/UX teams, and clients
to understand business needs, gather and analyze requirements, define functional solutions, and ensure successful product delivery.

The role also involves contributing to
AI-driven product initiatives
, process optimization, data analysis, UAT, and continuous product improvements throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document
business and functional requirements
from internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain
BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria
