Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical skilled to join the Corporate Risk Management team. The role involves identifying, assessing, and monitoring strategic and counterparty risks related to the groups domestic and international operations, with a special focus on infrastructure and capital-intensive businesses. The candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and business units to build insights that support long-term decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Counterparty Risk:




- Conduct detailed financial and qualitative analysis of counterparties including private/public sector companies (domestic and international).
- Evaluate creditworthiness of State Governments and assess risks using budgetary data and fiscal indicators.
- Perform sovereign risk assessment through macroeconomic, geopolitical, and financial data of various countries.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to assess the viability and risk profiles of counterparties and contracts.

Strategic Risk:
- Monitor and analyze emerging strategic risks such as:

1. Shifts in global and domestic business models
2. Disruptive technologies and digitization.
3. Energy transition and decarbonization trends.
- Identify potential business risks arising from sectoral or regulatory changes.
- Work with business units to assess implications of these risks on L&Ts; operations and strategy.
