About the Role

HKM Charitable Foundation and Basil Woods School (BWS) are looking for a Creative Lead to own and drive video production across both organizations.



This role is primarily focused on video — from concept to final cut — while also owning the broader creative content pipeline: decks, concepts, and campaign ideas that support our programs and communication goals.

You will lead a small creative/production team and be hands-on with mid-scale productions — planning, coordinating, and executing shoots, and guiding edits through to delivery. This is a role for someone who can think in concepts and decks, but is just as comfortable being on set or in the edit bay when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end video production for HKMCF and BWS — from concept, scripting, and pre-production through to shoot, edit, and final delivery.

Lead, mentor, and manage a creative/production team, assigning ownership and reviewing output across projects.

Plan and execute mid-level productions independently, managing timelines, resources, and quality across multiple concurrent projects.

Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and treatment decks, and presen
