Profile of the job holder / key requirements
- CA / CA- Inter / ICWA / CMA with 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Hands-on experience in Financial Planning and Global reporting
- Strong working experience on MS Office and good understanding of SAP ERP - FICO; Sound knowledge in Power BI.
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Solid collaboration with stakeholders across Cross Functional Teams
- Ability to independently handle / manage day-to-day tasks
Key Responsibilities
An individual contributor role to manage day-to-day Controlling and Reporting Responsibilities of all Manufacturing activities in line with India and Corporate (SKF Group) requirements.
Controlling Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistic and Operations teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Operating profit analysis for Manufacturing unit which includes material cost variance analysis, plus Fixed and variable cost analysis.
- Primarily responsible for updating standard costs annually in the PC Tool; analyzing the deviations of standard costs, ensure proper evaluation, and timely reporting.
- Assess proposed capital investments by analyzing financial viability, ROI, payback period, and alignment with Business plan. Track expenditure against approved IRE.
