Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Service Lead with strong hands-on experience in SAP SD, S/4HANA Service, and SAP Customer Service (CS). The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of end-to-end Sales and Service processes and proven experience leading implementation, rollout, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SD & S/4HANA Service implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements, conduct workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions.
- Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Configure and support Service Request, Service Order, Service Confirmation, and Service Billing processes.
- Work on Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Installed Base, Service Master Data, and Service Pricing.
- Handle In-house Repair and In office Service processes.
- Configure Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, Copy Controls, Output Management, and Partner Determination.




- Work on integration between SAP SD, S/4HANA Service, MM, FI/CO, and PM/EAM.
- Support Service Order Confirmation Settlement/Billing processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
- Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide functional solutions.
- Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, and project deliverables.
- Lead and mentor junior SAP SD/Service consultants.
- Act as the SAP SD/Service functional lead and provide guidance on solution design and best practices.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in SAP SD, preferably with S/4HANA.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Service / SAP CS.
- Strong understanding of SD Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with Service Request Service Order Service Confirmation Billing.
