We are looking for an
IT Business Development Specialist
with
1–2 years of relevant experience
to join our team and drive business growth across international markets.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
IT services, international client acquisition, Upwork, lead conversion, requirement gathering, proposal development, negotiation, and client communication
.

This is a
full-cycle business development role
where you will be expected to manage opportunities from initial prospecting through to closure and commercial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities across international markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through Upwork, direct outreach, inbound enquiries, and other relevant channels.
- Research prospects, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities where our IT services can add value.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.

Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering




- Communicate confidently with international clients through email, calls, and online meetings.
- Understand client objectives, business requirements, challenges, and project expectations.
- Conduct effective discovery discussions and gather complete project requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate client requirements into clear and feasible solutions.

Proposals, Negotiation & Conversion
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Lead client discussions, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Understand client concerns and provide appropriate solutions to move opportunities forward.
- Take ownership of opportunities through the complete conversion process and work towards successful closures.

Commercial & Sales Documentation

Prepare and manage professional business documentation including:
- Proposals
- Quotations
- Invoices
- Statements of Work (SOW)
