Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand VM standards across assigned stores.
- Execute seasonal launches, window displays, in-store campaigns, and promotional displays.
- Conduct regular VM audits and share corrective action plans.
- Train and coach store teams on VM guidelines and display standards.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Store Managers for timely campaign execution.
- Manage VM materials, fixtures, signage, and display assets.
- Support recent store openings, store refreshes, and special VM projects.
- Share weekly VM reports, store visit updates, and performance observations.

What Were Looking For
- 35 years of relevant experience in Visual Merchandising.
- Strong understanding of apparel retail VM standards and store presentation.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stores and travel across assigned locations.
