We are looking for a results-oriented Area Sales Manager – Grow (G5) to drive business development, enterprise sales, and long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, qualify, and convert current business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, institutional, and enterprise customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate telecom, IT, or office automation products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closure, and post-sales relationship management.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with customers.
- Develop existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and relationship management.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate records of opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.




- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Coordinate with internal technical, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Develop channel opportunities and maintain relationships with channel partners, where applicable.
- Travel as required for customer meetings, business development activities, and market expansion.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in Corporate, Institutional, or Enterprise Sales.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in Telecom / IT / Office Automation Product or Solution Sales.
- Channel Sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
