Designation: Senior Accountant
Education: B.Com, M.Com, Intern CA Candidate
Communication: English & Kannada reading and writing is a MUST.
Vehicle: Two wheeler / Four wheeler
Total work: 5 years (Preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

➢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

➢ Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures

➢ Should be able to prepare MIS reports

➢ Adequate knowledge to handle general ledger functions,

➢ Should be able to prepare month end / year end accounting procedures

➢ Should have sound knowledge to handle statutory compliance

➢ Should be able to prepare data for Internal audit

➢ Should be able to prepare reports/statement in Advanced MS Excel skills like V-look up &

Pivot tables

➢ Should be able to prepare Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation & Customer

Reconciliation periodically

➢ Hands on experience in accounting software like Tally 9

➢ Analyse Financial information & summarise financial status

➢ Identify the lacking area and suggest to improve efficiency





➢ Review and recommend modification to accounting systems and procedures

➢ Assist with Tax audits and Tax returns

➢ Able to handle Bank renewals, Term loan proposals, Bank Guarantees & Foreign remittances.

➢ Adequate knowledge on Export documents and statutory compliances

➢ Proficiency in GST returns (Monthly, quarterly & annually) GSTR-1 & 3B, TDS returns

(monthly & quarterly), generate Statutory challans (PF, ESIC, PT & Labour Welfare)

➢ Should be able to prepare Stock statement for bank

➢ Proficiency in FOREX related documents (SB, BL & other documents)

➢ Reconciliation of Form 24AS with Form 16A (Annually)

➢ Obtaining new / renewal of DSC of Company Directors

➢ Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

➢ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy
