Position: PDI Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process for EV Two Wheelers.
- Lead and coordinate 2 separate PDI teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure all vehicles undergo proper inspection before dispatch/delivery.
- Check vehicle fitment, electrical systems, battery, wiring, brakes, tyres, lights, controls, body condition, and overall functionality.
- Ensure compliance with company-defined PDI quality standards and checklists.
- Identify, document, and coordinate rectification of defects found during inspection.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Service, and Dispatch teams for timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor daily PDI output, rejection/rework, pending vehicles, and team performance.
- Maintain proper PDI reports, inspection records, and defect reports.




- Train and guide PDI technicians to improve inspection quality and reduce rework.
- Ensure zero-defect vehicles are released for dispatch.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5–12 years in PDI/Quality/Inspection, preferably in EV Two Wheeler, Automobile, or Automotive Manufacturing.
- Robust knowledge of EV two-wheeler components and inspection procedures.
- Experience in team handling and production/PDI coordination.
- ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and meet daily production/dispatch targets.
