- 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in Electronics Manufacturing, EMS, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, or Industrial Manufacturing is highly preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment function for our Electronics Manufacturing operations in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring, building talent pipelines, and leading a recruitment team to support business growth across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:




- Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, production, quality, supply chain, R&D;, and corporate roles.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet manpower requirements within defined timelines.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring targets and quality metrics are achieved.
- Build solid talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring.
- Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Quality of Hire.
- Strengthen the employer brand through recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and industry networking.
