Job Summary
NextRow Digital is seeking an experienced Lead Marketer - Digital Growth to drive brand positioning, demand generation, and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) growth in a B2B environment.
This role requires a strategic thinker with solid execution capability, hands-on experience in marketing automation, and a proven track record in pipeline-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B demand generation strategies
- Drive Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and measurable pipeline growth
- Own and refine brand messaging across digital channels
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (organic + paid)
- Manage marketing automation platforms and lead nurturing workflows
- Optimize marketing funnel performance (MQL to SQL conversion)
- Collaborate closely with Sales to align on ICPs and revenue goals
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
- Manage website, landing pages,
and conversion optimization initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital growth, or demand generation
- Strong experience in SQL generation and pipeline marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar)
- Expertise in campaign management, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Sales teams in revenue-driven environments
Preferred Background
- Experience in B2B services, SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing productivity
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) is a plus
