Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Derivatives Trader. The Derivatives Trader will design, implement, and execute trading strategies in derivatives markets, with a focus on options, futures, and related instruments. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring positions and market conditions, managing risk and hedging exposures, and optimizing portfolio performance based on firm guidelines. The role involves analyzing market data, backtesting and refining strategies,



collaborating with quantitative and technology teams on execution tools, and maintaining detailed trade records and compliance with internal and external regulations. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, adapt to changing market environments, and communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding trading performance and risk.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Trading and Futures Trading, with hands-on experience executing orders and managing positions in derivatives markets.
- Proficiency in developing and applying Trading Strategies, including algorithmic and discretionary approaches tailored to different time frames.
- Experience with Hedging techniques to manage risk across options, futures, and other derivative instruments.
- Understanding of Commodity Markets and their drivers, including macroeconomic factors and market microstructure.
- Solid analytical and quantitativ
