About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, organised Executive Associate to work directly with the Founder across fundraising, strategic partnerships, and business development for the group.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted lists of
angel investors, VCs, family offices, accelerators, funding programs, potential clients, and strategic partners
- Identify the most relevant opportunities based on sector, stage, geography, and fit
- Customise
pitch decks, proposals, and other materials
for specific investors and partners
- Draft outreach and manage
follow-ups across warm and new leads




- Maintain live pipelines across fundraising and business development, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks
- Prepare research and briefing notes ahead of Founder meetings and track next steps
- Support ad-hoc
research and strategic projects
across the group as priorities evolve

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a
Founder’s Office, startup, VC/PE, investment banking, consulting, or business development
role
- Strong research, written communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with
PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams and external conversations
- Proactive — you follow up, push things forward, and don’t wait to be reminded
- Comfortable working directly with the Founder in a fast-moving, multi-business environment
