Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation sales role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain prospect lists, and conduct market research to understand target industries and customer needs.



The role involves reaching out to potential clients via email, phone, and professional networks, nurturing relationships, and setting up meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to refine messaging, track lead pipeline performance, and report on key metrics. The position requires consistent follow-up, accurate documentation in CRM tools, and a proactive approach to achieving lead and revenue targets.
