We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our franchise sales team.

Experience

1–2 years minimum experience in Tele Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales
Candidates with experience in F&B;, Food Franchise, Hospitality, Retail or Franchise Sales will be preferred.Key Responsibilities
- Generate and handle leads for Chai Waale franchise opportunities.
- Make outbound calls and explain the Chai Waale franchise business model.
- Understand prospective franchisee requirements, investment capacity and location preferences.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into franchise opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads,



follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team for site visits and franchise discussions.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation and sales-conversion targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective franchise partners.

Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales.
- F&B; or franchise sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented personality.
- Positive follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
