Job Description:
- We are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud Reporting Consultants with expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and Smart View. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM).
- Develop, customize, and maintain reports using:
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI)
- Smart View (Excel-based reporting)
- Design and build:
- Data models using SQL (Joins, subqueries, aggregations) and data templates
- BI Publisher templates (RTF, Excel, XML)
- Create OTBI:
- Analyses, dashboards, KPIs
- Custom subject areas (if applicable)
- Develop Smart View reports:
- Ad-hoc queries
- Financial and management reports
- Work with SQL queries for data extraction, Logical and physical data layers
- Manage Report security and role-based access, Scheduling and bursting in BI Publisher




- Perform Data validation and reconciliation, Performance tuning of reports
- Handle integrations where reporting data is extracted via REST APIs / Web Services, Data extracts
- Troubleshoot Report failures, Data inconsistencies, Performance issues
- Oracle BI Publisher / OTBI certifications
- Experience across multiple Oracle Cloud pillars (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM)
- Exposure to Data warehousing / analytics tools, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- Experience in global implementations or large-scale reporting environments
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requests simultaneously
