We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and results-driven Tele Sales Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a confident personality,



and proven experience in lead generation, customer persuasion, and sales closing.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and other sales channels.

Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements.

Effectively communicate product/service benefits and address customer queries.

Use robust persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into customers.

Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer and lead records using MS Office and other software.

Provide regular updates on leads, conversions, and sales performance.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
